PROGRAMS IN CT

From Gail Perrella in Milford, CT. She is one of our mom's :)

Dear 21 Strong Families,

I am pleased to announce I will be adding Reiki to my list of services at Bliss Nutrition & Wellness beginning in March 2017. In order to fine tune this ancient healing art to help my clients achieve greater health and wellness, I will be offering a limited number of free Reiki sessions to those who qualify.  I am particularly interested in working with infants and children of the following criteria: special needs, health challenges, and recent surgeries, accidents, or hospitalizations. If you are a parent/guardian and are interested in getting more information on this service or have any questions please email me at [email protected]. Please title your email “Free Reiki.”

For more information on Reiki and the benefits of Reiki please see below.

Reiki is a Japanese term meaning “Universal Life Energy” referring to an unseen energy that pervades and gives life to everything. Reiki is a simple method of hands-on healing developed by Mikao Usui, a monk from Kyoto, Japan. Reiki energy flows from the hands of the Reiki practitioner into the cells of the person being treated. The Reiki flow seems to know where to go in the body and will “turn off” when the body has accepted all it can. The energy normalizes body functions. It reestablishes balance and harmony on the physical, emotional, and spiritual planes so that the natural function is restored.   Reiki is a complementary therapy and should never be used in place of conventional care or to postpone seeing a healthcare provider for a health problem.

Reiki can help:

 Depression

 Anxiety/Stress

 Autism and associated autism anxiety

 Pre-/Post- Surgery

 Pain Relief

 Insomnia

 ADHD

 OCD

 Arthritis

 Addictions

 High Blood Pressure

 Cancer

 Pregnancy

 Developmental Delays

 Fatigue

I look forward to providing this service to our community!

Thank you,

Feedback from another mom:

Just wanted to give much credibility to the addition of Reiki into your health and wellness protocol.  I studied Reiki while I was in Chiropractic school and have been using it on Aine and Ruari since their birth.  It is a gentle and effective was to assist in the bodies natural healing process when they are experiencing symptoms and is also used to help maintain a functional energy flow to create balance so your body stays healthy.  It's absolutely one of the most used tools in my healthcare regimen.  In fact, when Aine is not feeling well, this is one of the first things she asks if I can do, besides essential oils.
....  feel free to share this if you feel others may take value from it.  Just wanted to share my experience with this ancient healing art. Love to you!
